Short Term Cancellation Policy

Deposits are refundable minus a $10 cancellation fee if a reservation is canceled at least 8 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.  If you cancel within the week of your arrival you forfeit the deposit amount.  No shows will be charged full rental charges for time reserved.  Reservations made over Memorial Day, July 4th, July 24th and Labor Day are not allowed to be shortened.

Long Term Cancellation Policy

LONG TERM RESERVATIONS (any reservation over 28 days) CANCELLED WILL FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT (Last month of reservation).  Long term guests that wish to leave early will NOT receive a refund for the current month AND will be charged a deposit fee for the following month ( 25% of the monthly site rental)
